Franny is a sweet, adorable little lhasa apso mix. We rescued her from Philadelphia as a stray, and we quickly discovered that she had a broken pelvis..  She required 6 weeks of strict crate rest, and after she was all healed, her foster family decided they couldn't let her go... So they adopted her!
